2023 Appanoose County Fair Queen Contest
Contestants must be 16 to 21 years old as of August 10, 2023. Contestants must be an active member of at least one worthwhile organization and be a resident of Appanoose County or an adjoining county if the majority of her activities are in the county she represents. Participants must be present for the group photo session, able to preside over the 2023 Appanoose County Fair, and represent Appanoose County at the Iowa State Fair, August 9-12 in order to be eligible.
